Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use CardVex. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. CardVex accounts are for individual use only and may not be shared with others. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or extract data from CardVex; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service; (c) share your account with multiple users; (d) circumvent API rate limits or other technical restrictions; (e) use the service for any illegal purpose; or (f) interfere with the proper functioning of the service.
Subscriptions and Billing
CardVex offers recurring subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial subscription, you are eligible for a full refund.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of CardVex are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Pokemon card images and data are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only. CardVex is not affiliated with or endorsed by Nintendo, Game Freak, or The Pokemon Company.
Disclaimer
CardVex provides pricing data and card information for informational purposes only. eBay sold listing data and card valuations are estimates and may not reflect actual market prices. CardVex is not responsible for any trading, purchasing, or selling decisions you make based on this data. Use this information at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CardVex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of CardVex after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
